By accessing and using the Wendokeh platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Wendokeh provides an online educational platform focused on tap dance learning through interactive quizzes, test assignments, and gamified content. Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

User-Generated Content
By submitting content to our platform, including quiz responses, comments, or feedback, you grant Wendokeh a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with our services.
Educational Content Disclaimer

- Any conduct or content of any third party on our platform
- Any content obtained from our platform
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
Indemnification

Assignment
